For fans of: Converge, Union Of Uranus, One-Eyed God Prophecy, Protestant, Cassilis,
Callow, Via Fondo, La Quiete, Transistor Transistor, Creeper and Raised Fist.

Buy this record. The packaging alone is worth the money, as the lyrics are printed on double-sided cards (1 for each song) with beautiful contrasting black/white packaging. The songs are pretty good, too...so let's quickly go over the 4 strongest tracks on the band's phenomenal new LP 'Part Ache'.

(((o)))"Wakefield" is an onslaught of caustic, in your face...everything. Especially the vocals. It was at the 41-second mark that my wife officially labeled JUNGBLUTH as The Angry Germans. This song, like a lot of the band's songs, have strong similarities to Converge.

(((o)))"Looks Like Freedom" is fucking skramthem ('skramz anthem' copyright, bitches) and brutal at the same time, much like Converge's "Homewrecker".
(2013) JUNGBLUTH - "Looks Like Freedom" (from 'Part Ache')

(((o)))"These Rare Moments" is an almost La Quiete-style screamo/rock romp that borders on Transistor Transistor-sounding vocals and again sounds like the perfect closer to a concert, with it's athemic outro.
(2013) JUNGBLUTH - "These Rare Moments" (from 'Part Ache')

(((o)))"Angebot / Nachsage" sounds akin to fellow Europeans (Swedes, to be exact) Via Fondo meets almost dingy/dank-sounding hardcore along the lines of Protestant and Union of Uranus.
(2013) JUNGBLUTH - "Angebot/Nachsage" (from 'Part Ache')
