I am nearly certain I read somewhere that STORM THE BASTILLE described themselves as a Neil Perry worship band. That came as no surprise, as I am a Neil Perryonite and came to the same conclusion a few years earlier.

STORM THE BASTILLE played passionate hardcore in the vein of Pg.99, Kodan Armada, Frameworks, Greyscale, Funeral Diner and of course, Neil Perry. That means 2 guitars layered with twinkly bits and deep-chorded chugs, lots of screamy vocals (one high and one low) and some ridiculously amazing drums and bass. The styles alternate between serene catchy parts and brutally heavy breakdowns. They were unreal. 'The Dismantled' ep and 'In First Person split' were their best. But you can get it all!

So, I have included their entire discography here because it's pretty much all out of print and I've never seen the entire set posted before. The band does have one blemish on an otherwise stellar arsenal of records, the final 'Behold' ep. They strayed from a great formula, for unfortunately I am not a fan of flat/off-key vocals. Instrumentally, it's still a strong album, albeit a bit sludgy and less intense - but man do those vocals detract from the overall record.

Don't miss out on this rare discography of this obscure and amazing screamo band!
